cust wanting to make a return past 60 days

Unfortunately, as of today it has been ____ days since your order was placed and our policy is that we can accept returns up to 60 days. As this order is outside of the return policy, I'm sorry but we can not accept it back. We feel our policy of 60 days from the order date is a generous time to allow our customers to install their product and make decisions to return product to us. We might mention that sometimes it is a good idea to keep extra paper in case you ever have to make a repair to a wall. This way you will definitely have the paper and it will be from the same batch.
