cust wants to cancel after order has shipped
Thank you for your email regarding cancelling your order. I'm sorry, but unfortunately we have already shipped your order and we are unable to retrieve the package. At this point if you do not want the product you will need to make a return to us. The instructions for returning products to us is located on our website under the FAQ section. However, we can accept the roll(s) that you have ordered back as long as they are unopened. We accept returns up to 60 days from the order date. If shipping your return by the US Postal Service, please return to: Wallpaperdirect PO Box 1258 Maynardville, TN 37807 If shipping your return by a courier, please return to: Wallpaperdirect 155 D-2 Durham Drive Maynardville, TN 37807 Please include inside the parcel your order number (1USA..... number). We also ask that you pack the product with packing materials to protect it during shipment.
