cust wants to add more rolls - order already shipped

Thank you for your inquiry regarding adding more rolls to your order. Your order has already shipped so a new order will need to be placed. It would be best if you can wait to receive your order and see which batch number you have received so that you can do a batch request at checkout and try to obtain rolls from the same batch. Also, in the meantime, please do not open the roll you receive in case the batch is no longer available as it may be necessary to make a return and begin your order all over again.
