cust has received faulty paper
Thank you for your email informing us that you have received faulty paper. I'm sorry that you have received faulty paper. Can you please advise if all the rolls you received have this same fault? Please send us some images of the faulty and the roll label so that we can promptly work on sending replacement rolls. We will also need physical samples along with the original roll label to submit to the supplier. Please let me know if I should send you a self addressed stamped envelope to retrieve the faulty samples and original roll label. As soon as I hear back from you, I will begin working on your replacements. Sincerely,
