cust did not receive package, but tracking shows package has been delivered
Thank you for promptly informing us that there is an issue with the delivery of your package. I have contacted DHL and an investigation has been started. DHL will determine where the package was delivered and get back with us by tomorrow. As soon as we have more information, we will be back in touch with you. If in the event the package goes missing, please be assured that we will make sure that you receive your order, even if we have to ship out another package.
