cust inquiring why tracking code is not working - non stocked

Thank you for your order and inquiry as to the tracking. Your order has not shipped yet since the paper you ordered is not one of our stocked items. We have ordered the rolls from our supplier and once we have your order we will ship it to you as soon as possible. Generally for non stocked items delivery to you is 6-10 business days, however with the Covid-19 situation some lead times have been slightly longer. The tracking details will be emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse and is in route to you. Your tracking code will only work once the package is in route to you.
