cust informing us wrong rolls shipped
Thank you for informing us of the error on your order. I'm sorry that an error was made. I will ask our warehouse team to ship the correct paper as soon as possible. I have also attached a UPS label to affix to the outside of the box so I may collect the incorrect rolls. Please let me know when the package will be ready for pickup and I will schedule UPS to come and collect the package. I will a day's notice to schedule the pickup.
