cust has returned opened roll - unable to refund

I am writing to you in regards to your recent return. Upon inspection of the returned goods, we notice that one roll has been opened. Unfortunately, since the roll has been opened we are unable to offer a refund for this product. Our returns policy is stated on our website and the roll must be in its original condition in order for us to offer a refund. We are able to refund you for the other unopened rolls in your order. Since the opened roll is your property, please let us know if you wish to have the roll shipped back to you at your expense. I will await your reply as to how to proceed with your return. Sincerely,
