why did I get a refund for sample?

Thank you for your email. We issued a refund to you for a sample we are not able to supply at this time. The samples are currently out of stock, but you may still place an order for rolls. You are welcome to check back in a week or so to see if we have received stock of the missing sample. We have mailed the other samples on your order and you should receive them in a few days.
