request to make a return outside return window - CANADA

Unfortunately, as of today it has been ____days since your order was delivered and our policy is that we can accept returns up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. As this order is outside of the return policy, we are not able to accept back the paper. We feel our policy of 28 day after the delivery date is a generous time to allow our customers to install their product and make decisions to return product to us. We might mention that it is a good idea to keep extra paper in case you ever have to make a repair to a wall. This way you will definitely have the paper and it will be from the same batch.
