cust wants to reroute package to US office
Thank you for your email. It may be possible depending on when you contact the courier to reroute your package to our US office. We are not able to reroute the package because it must come from the tracking details that are sent to you. You may be able to reroute the package from the tracking details that you receive. If it is done timely, it may be possible. Go to the tracking number/waybill you receive and make the selection to change the delivery address and put in the following information: Wallpaperdirect 155 Durham Drive Maynardville, TN 37807 If the request can not be completed, then it may be necessary to receive the package and make a return.
