cust making a return - refund after new year
Thank you for informing us that you will be returning product to us. The instructions for returning products is located on our website under the FAQ section. However, we can accept the roll(s) that you have ordered back as long as they are unopened. We accept returns up to 60 days from the order date. I might mention that sometimes it is a good idea to keep extra paper in case you ever have to make a repair to a wall. This way you will definitely have the paper and it will be from the same batch. However, if you decide to return the roll(s) please return to our US office. If shipping your return by the US Postal Service, please return to: Wallpaperdirect PO Box 1258 Maynardville, TN 37807 If shipping your return by a courier, please return to: Wallpaperdirect 155 Durham Drive Maynardville, TN 37807 Please include inside the parcel your order number (1USA..... number). We also ask that you pack the product with packing materials to protect it during shipment, especially the ends of the rolls. Loose rolls in a box can arrive damaged and we can not refund for damaged rolls. Damage to rolls can include crushing, creasing or dents on the ends which may appear slight but cause the paper to not be re-saleable. Please package the contents tightly in the box. We also suggest insuring the package for the value of the contents in case the product is damaged during transit. Damage to rolls can include dents, creasing, and crinkling which can not be repaired once it occurs. Once we receive the goods back in good condition we will refund the amount back on to the card used and confirm we have done this by email. Due to year end inventory and the holidays, your refund may not be processed until the first week of January 2025. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sincerely,
