I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting on your samples. Due to the recent strike announcement on September 26th that Canada Post has gone on strike again, this is most likely the cause of the delay to your sample order. Once the Canada Post workers return to work there will be a backlog of mail, so please allow a little more time to receive your mailing. We will be willing to resend your order if necessary, but we need to allow more time before resending the order. Please keep us informed if you do not receive your order.
