how to contact DHL and speak to a live agent - package given to 3rd party

You may contact DHL at 1-800-225-5345 and state "representative" at every prompt. When asked if you are calling about the status of a shipment, state "no" and you will be direct to a live agent who can provide you with the new USPS tracking number.
