unable to accept back return - reply after customer is upset

Thank you for your reply. I’m sorry that we are not able to accept your paper back for a refund. We feel our returns policy is the best in our industry. We allow returns to be made up to 60 days from the date of your order and returns are made to our US office, not back to the UK where the products shipped from. We offer a full refund with no restocking fee. If you order elsewhere you will find that many wallpaper retailers have limitations on their returns – they do not accept back returns, charge restocking fees, have limits on how many rolls or certain brands that can be returned, and products must be returned to the UK. I might mention that it is always a good idea to keep extra paper for possible future repairs since you will have the paper and it will be from the same batch as your existing paper.
