sample order mailed but not yet rec'd - Canada Post strike
I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting on your samples. We mailed your order on ______, however, due to the recent strike announcement on September 26th that Canada Post has gone on strike again, this is most likely the cause of the delay to your sample order. We have been noticing that many Canadian customers did not receive their mailings prior to the start of the strike so we are wondering if there were issues with the postal service prior to the strike that we were not aware of. Once the Canada Post workers return to work there will be a backlog of mail, and most likely your order will be in that group of mail. We will be willing to resend your order if necessary, but we are not able to do so until the strike resolves since Canada Post is not accepting any new mail. Please let us know if you do not receive your order after the strike resolves. Alternatively, if you wish to send us a courier label (UPS or FedEx), we can ship samples to you by the courier and service level of your choice.
