Samples mailed Oct 14 once strike ended - will resend
I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting on your samples. We mailed your order on October 14th once the Canada Post workers returned to work (we were unable to send mail to Canada Post during the strike). Now that Canada Post workers have returned to work you should have received your samples by now. I will resend the order. Can you please confirm we have the correct mailing address? Sincerely,
